Tanja Grill

Tanja is the founder and creative force behind TANOLARA®. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Consulting & Management with a specialization in Marketing & Sales.


She worked in marketing for an international luxury joinery for nearly a decade. During that time, she combined strategic vision with interpersonal sensitivity, cultivating a deep appreciation for high-quality craftsmanship.

Strategic in thinking. Creative at heart.  Clear in design.

Her career led her into the world of yachts, private jets, and exclusive interiors, where excellence is standard, precision is non-negotiable, and perfection is part of everyday work.

In June 2024, she had the bravery to chase her dream and founded TANOLARA® that December. She was passionate about passing on her expertise and international experience to companies equally uncompromising in their quality.

Since then, she has guided visionaries on their journey to self-realization, shaping brands that reflect the true value of their products and services.
